If you have received defective product and wish to obtain a refund, you must contact Flügelbauer Piano Supply at flugelbauerpianosupply@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product (if deadline is not fulfilled, a refund or return will not be eligible). When contacting, state your name, order number (if this cannot be found, do not include it), the defective product, and a description of why it is undesirable. We must approve of your request before you complete the following: When returning a product, ship it to the sender. We will pay for international and shipping within the United States and will include the shipping cost in the refund. We will refund the money after receiving the product.
